First home buyers should always ensure secured funding, that legal contracts are in place, and they should always budget for inspections to ensure nothing unexpected comes up. With Foreign buyers, we always suggest getting in touch with a lawyer right away to start that alien landholders license process or to discuss citizenship paths.
